The Brain & Body Optimisation Programme is a 12-week journey combining advanced health insights, personalised coaching, and practical support to help you build sustainable habits that improve energy, performance, and long-term wellbeing.

With access to Preferred Partner Pricing on select tests, from our Partner lab. Or any preferred lab of your choice.
Diagnostic testing costs are separate and payable directly to Partner labs.
Your 1:1 Resonance Reset Session with our team
This session serves as the foundation for your 12-week action plan. Your 12-week journey begins with this Reset session.
Personal Health Strategy & Action Plan
A personalised framework based on the Resonance 101 Code, covering nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, metabolic health, brain health, and longevity.
Personalised Nutrition Plan
Tailored to your health goals, medical profile, food preferences, lifestyle, and cultural needs — with a focus on practical, sustainable eating through addition, not restriction.
Supplement & Nutraceutical Guidance
- —Receive evidence-informed supplement recommendations
- —Guidance on timing and usage
- —Brand recommendations based on quality standards
Supplement purchases are optional and not included in programme fees.
Resonance Micro-Habit Architecture System
Our proprietary behaviour-change framework designed to help participants build sustainable routines, create habit stacks that fit naturally into daily life, improve consistency, reduce decision fatigue, develop long-term health behaviours.
Weekly 1:1 Coaching & 12 Weeks of Implementation Support
Health improvement is about execution, not just information. You'll receive weekly coaching to track progress, adjust interventions, and build momentum, with ongoing habit reinforcement, course corrections, and direct access to your Health Strategist.

₹36,000 per participant for the entire duration of the Brain & Body Optimisation Programme.
This represents a preferred programme fee of ₹12,000 per month, locked in for the full 12-week engagement.
Total payable would be Rs 36000 + Rs 6480 [18% GST] = Rs 42,480 for the programme.
Payment to be made in full, at the start of the Programme.
Enrolment Terms
- —Participation in the programme is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- —As cohort sizes are limited and places are reserved specifically for each participant, programme fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrolment has been confirmed.
- —Participants who choose not to continue after enrolment will not be eligible for a partial refund.

From enrolment to your Reset session
- —Following enrolment, participants will receive the Resonance 101 Health Assessment along with the recommended diagnostics list.
- —Participants are requested to initiate their sample collection for diagnostics, within 10 days of payment and registration to the programme.
- —Please note that certain specialised diagnostic tests may require 4–6 weeks for processing and reporting. Participants are therefore encouraged to schedule their testing as early as possible to ensure results are available within the above timeline.
- —Please complete your diagnostics and share the results with the Resonance team no later than 6 weeks from date of payment.
- —The personalised health analysis, coaching roadmap and optimisation plan will be developed based on the information gathered through the assessment and diagnostic results.
- —Note: Your 12-week journey begins with the Resonance Reset session, post completion of the diagnostics.

- —Diagnostic testing is conducted by independent third-party laboratories. While we may facilitate optional access to preferred pricing, Resonance BioHealth 101 is not responsible for laboratory operations, sample collection, report accuracy, test availability or turnaround times.
- —Recommendations are based on the information and reports provided by participants. Individual outcomes may vary.
- —Programme fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrolment has been confirmed.
- —All personal health information shared with Resonance BioHealth 101 will be treated as private and confidential.
